    Beans and Potatoes

Hi all, I hope you all had a good time over the holidays, i recieved a gardening book called The Allotment Book by Andi Clevely, so that will come in handy from now onwards, i took a look under my veg covers today to see how the peas & broadbeans are going, that i started around november time, as a trail with my rhs course, all seems ok on the broadbeans, peas -- no sign of life yet, think it may have to warm up to see some life, anyway i started some potatoes chitting, for the allotment and for a small plot at home (not sure of type as they come from a potatoe grower from around my area, i'll give anything ago) i'll start some more later on in the year for main crop marchish.
    catch you soon,
